GameOps ("we", "us", "our") provides a community intelligence platform for game developers. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data belonging to our customers (Studio Users) and the public data we aggregate from third-party sources.

2. Data We Collect

  • User Account Data: Name, professional email, company name, and encrypted API credentials for third-party integrations (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Aggregated Public Data: We fetch publicly available content (comments, reviews, usernames, and transcripts) from platforms like Steam, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses and browser metadata for security and performance auditing.

3. AI Processing

We use Artificial Intelligence to generate summaries and analyze sentiment. We do not use your private integration data or internal studio communications to train global AI models. All analysis is performed within isolated processing pipelines.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for all integration tokens and TLS for data in transit. Our database is hosted within the EEA (European Economic Area).
