1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GameOps ("the Service"), provided by Erik Fossum ("the Developer"), based in Oslo, Norway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

GameOps is an intelligence platform that aggregates data from third-party social media, forums, and news outlets ("Third-Party Sources") using web scraping and API integration. The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to summarize and analyze this data.

3. Third-Party Data & Compliance

The Service fetches data from platforms including but not limited to Steam, Reddit, YouTube, and Bluesky.

• You acknowledge that data retrieved belongs to the respective content creators or platforms.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this data complies with the specific Terms of Service of each Third-Party Source.
• The Developer is not responsible for changes in Third-Party Source APIs or structures that may disrupt the Service.

4. AI Disclaimer

GameOps uses automated AI models to generate summaries, sentiment analysis, and bug reports. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. AI can "hallucinate" or misinterpret data. All insights provided by the Service should be verified by a human before being acted upon in a professional development environment.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account info.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and code of GameOps are the exclusive property of GameOps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Subscription & Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specifically permitted in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oslo, Norway.
